L.I.F.E. Fitness Club is designed to fit women like a comfortable pair of Aveda group fitness shoes and to give men the secure grip on fitness that they would get from a padded pair of leather workout gloves.

The club is just the right size:
Not too big; as in intimidating and overcrowded and not too small; as in not enough workout options or equipment.

The atmosphere is small club friendliness, where a smile is never too far away and your name is just as important for us to say as it is for you to hear. The club is clean, colorful and airy with everything in just the right place; including the placement of the private women's workout area right besides the spacious group fitness room and the large, Nintendo Wii equipped Kidz Zone.

L.I.F.E. Fitness Club provides fitness benefits for those who don't have time to exercise; with the most effective 20 minute circuit training system anywhere and for those who do have the time to enjoy a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment, personal training or the best selection of group fitness classes in the region.

Our Kidz Workout for Free program makes us the only fitness club in the area that provides a free membership to the children of members; ages 10 thru 15, to get away from the TV and the computer and exercise; bonding with mom, dad and fitness.
